Each year, the Millennial Society of the Samuel Waxman Cancer Research Foundation hosts Spring for a Cure, a great night of fun and building awareness of our cause. This event brings together young professionals in support of cutting-edge cancer research.
The 5th Annual Spring for a Cure will be held on Friday, April 8th at the IAC Building. Our goal is to raise money to support a grant focused on young adult cancers, which we cannot do without you. We hope you’ll join us by attending or becoming a sponsor of this fantastic event. Last year’s Spring for a Cure had over 600 attendees and raised nearly $120,000. This year, we anticipate an even more successful event.
Spring for a Cure has attracted a diverse group of supporters, including Glenwood Management, Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Palm Bay International, William Grant & Sons, L’Artusi, Dell’Anima, and BaoHaus. In addition, Spring for a Cure has been featured in New York Social Diary, Guest of a Guest, Black Book Magazine, StyleCaster and Thrillist.
The Samuel Waxman Cancer Research Foundation is a pioneer in cancer research, focusing on uncovering the causes of cancer and reprogramming cancer cells. Our mission is to eradicate cancer by bridging the gap between lab science and the patient.
